I was very disappointed when I received my first order of hats as they were beautiful but un-adjustable. (Please put that somewhere on the hat page in big letters.) There was a picture of the back of the hat, which in retrospect should have made me realize that they weren't adjustable, but it was a shock. Having said that, the hats that came the second time around were perfect and beautiful, and came days before expected. John could not have been more sympathetic or helpful when I called. He really saved me.
