Your website is great, very helpful and lots of clip art to choose from. Seeing the items you designed is also helpful. The quality of the bag was good and appears to be well made. Packing was okay, the bags were wrapped inside of a sealed bag, but no other packing materials were provided. Customer service was polite via email, I did not speak to a real person at any time. For what I paid for the bag and the shipping, I think the quality of the screen printing could be better. Also you should update question number 5 to give us a chance to answer maybe.
