They quality and ease of ordering was good. However, the cost is high compared to your competitors. We ordered the same shirts in a very similar printing style last year from another site and it was almost $300 cheaper. We will probably order from them next year, because your site is too pricey for the same quality.

In general, I was ok with the process. This year's order was a bit more difficult than previous years. It seemed like there were some early mistakes on the proofing process. It took and extra try to get that correct and I had to go back to my original design stored in your system. I did have one late change, but I vaguely remember two mistakes in the proof.

This was our first order with CustomInk and we will definitely be back! It was a completely last-minute order, Customer Service was amazing and walked us through everything, got the order rushed and in hand in plenty of time! The online order process is great, we uploaded our own logo and image and the design/preview system was awesome. I loved that the designers don't just do a quick "image check" like other places, they actually LOOK at your design -- the quality, size, colors, how it's placed on the items, etc. to make sure it ends up being what you're going for. Knowing that it didn't have to be 100% perfect and that a real person would look it over and make any needed corrections was a huge stress-reliever! Overall we had a great experience with CustomInk and we're already looking for more opportunities to order from them in the near future!
