Overall I had a great experience. My only issue was that it took a long time to get approval for my design due to checking for copyright issues. It seemed like there were communication problems between whoever was checking the copyright and the people I was talking to on the phone. The delays were enough to mean my team didn't get their jerseys for two games instead of one, which was a little frustrating. Overall my experience was very positive.

Unreal customer experience throughout my buying experience. I had to call a live person a couple of times and they were super helpful. I will definitely use this site again.

All my teammates loved the jerseys! I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome myself. Received a quality product for a reasonable price. I also spoke with a woman named Heather during the ordering phase. She first informed me that the jerseys could have a gold trim around the numbers (I could not apply this on the website). Once we established that I wanted the gold trim, she quickly re-worked the numbers to give me an accurate total price. Heather was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Your company did a great job and I will recommend you to anyone I know that wants customized apparel.

I am always skeptical when ordering shirts online because you never really know what to expect. The shirts that I received from Customink exceeded my wildest expectations. I love the shirts!!!

I have been ordering from CustomInk for many years now (this is probably around my 20th big order). I have never had a bad experience and am always blown away by how helpful the customer service reps are. I've learned over the years to always make my final order over the phone instead of online to be sure everything is exactly as I want it, and in many cases the live help is able to offer options unavailable online, like rotating images, different ink colors, helping with decisions on size, or choice of the actual product. I recommend CustomInk to everyone who asks where I get my jerseys (mostly it's been jerseys). My one suggestion would be to offer more variety in athletic wear. I find the styles of jerseys to be somewhat limited. The quality is great, but it would be exciting to have some options that look a little more like actual sports jerseys rather than just performance wear t-shirts. (This Champion Color Block one I just got is closer with the side color detailing, but again there's few options and )

This experience was amazing! I had to call and change my order and I got a live human being, who was willing to help! That in itself is an amazing experience, no machine or employees that are pretty much warm bodies answering phones. I had a great experience and will be back many times int he future. Thank you
