The shirts look terrific! I really like the fact that you offer this "sustainable" shirt from recycled polyethylene (water bottles?). My only complaint is that there seemed to be some kind of miscommunications where I would create a design and the customer service reps would send back proofs of an older design. Not a big deal but kind of frustrating. Other than that the customer service was stellar and the shirts, again, look beautiful. Thanks guys. More orders to come...

This has been another great ordering experience from CustomInk. The shipment arrived before I thought it would, everything was there and the shirts look great. I appreciated that I give you a half finished design and that you make it look just like i want. I will order from you again. the chat service worked incredibly. For instance, I think it was Laura, not only noticed but managed to bundle my 3 shirt order to save me $33 dollars on about a $300 order.
Customink is great, I just wish three of the shirts would have been printed better.
I called customer service to ask about screen printing on the sleeve of the shirt. Customer service was AWESOME. My representative talked me through all of my options to lower the overall price, receive our product on time and ship to the correct locations. A+ job.
Its taking too long to get a proof from you guys, ive placed four orders in the past few weeks and its getting worse and worse. I wanted to place a large order but now im looking for another provider. Only last thing I would say is give Elizabeth Moeller a raise shes awesome.
