Custom Ink is so easy to use and offers so many choices for goods, designs and colors and in every price range. You can share designs with others to get input and edit very easily. You are also informed every step of the process where your items are - in design, being shipped, etc.

I don't remember the name of the person I chatted with online, but she was very helpful and attentive and helped me give me shirt options based on what I was looking for. They sent proofs of the shirts I ordered and delivery was very quick. I like that Custom Ink is a local company. I recommend them!

My only complaint is UPS, I came in on my day off for 10 hours, because it was to be deliver on June 3rd. You all did your part. But at 6pm they suddenly changed the delivery to delayed by a business day. without attempting to deliver. Next time I will have to have it delivered to my house, because this is quite frankly unexceptable. If I wasn't so happy with with your services I would seek out a local T-shirt company, becuase this is the second time in two years, (third delivery) that this has happened.
