once I contacted customer service (Amber) and ??? who emailed me when I had questions about placement of the text on the back of the small red singlette and when I had issues with the size of the print on the women's cut shirts (he explained the reasons and my options so I could make the best decision on what to do), I was pleased with my experience.

The website is both easy and difficult to navigate. Easy for setting up your design; difficult in that when you want to see a different shirt style it wipes out your current style. Made it difficult to compare the look, pricing, and track what you have already viewed.

I'm extremely happy with the experience - service was fast, attentive and excellent, and the shirts arrived a week early! This was especially refreshing because this was the second time I had these shirts made. The first company I used sent the order late when I'd paid for rush shipping, botched the design and had to be called/emailed repeatedly to get satisfaction. Definitely didn't have any of these problems with CustomInk! Not only do I plan to continue using CustomInk, but I've recommended it to all my friends as well.

Website is easy to work with. Had a great experience on the phone and initial discussion with the representative. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the final product. The digital printing did not turn out well, the logo was not visible above the images in background. I do not think the decision to print all the white in the background turned out well or met my initial request. I would expect your team, who is familiar with the printing process and how these products and images turn out to make a better recommendation than that. I was really excited about these shirts and appreciate how helpful the guy on the phone was... but very bummed when I opened the box and saw the final product

The shirt sizes were about one size smaller than expected but other than that it was a pleasure to deal with this company. They were able to ship my order within two weeks even though it was over the Christmas and New Year holiday.
