Since I ordered more than 1 type of shirt I had to order over the phone. My sales rep was Luke Plikaitis and he was incredibly helpful and funny. Everytime I've ordered from CustomInk has been a seamless process, but Luke truly enhanced my experience this year.

I started off the process thinking that I could pull off a great design by myself for our Tough Mudder 2013 team shirts. After at least ten changes to the design features, color combinations and sizing I called customer service for advice. They were fantastic! Affirmed my ideas were heading in the right direction, but also made minor suggestions and assured me that the final proof would be fully reviewed by professional designers. When the final proof came back, I got a personal call from the designer. Not only did he assist me in the shirt design finalizing details for difference between our men's and women's style shirts, but he had just run the Mid-Atlantic Tough Mudder and gave me good advice on race day details too. The race is this weekend. My shirts are looking fantastic and our team is geared up and ready to go!

During the process of my order I spoke with numerous customer service reps, specifically Caleb Charette & Erin Hansen. The service I received was outstanding across the board and truely impressive. Without question some of the best customer service I have ever received.

The customer service team is great! They are so enthusiastic and helpful. That alone is worth ordering from Custom Ink!

Got contacted pretty quickly on copyright logo. Got it fixed immediately. Shirts came out great!!

I was very impressed with the experience, mostly with customer service. I needed the shirts by today and they arrived on Tuesday. This was after the initial scheduled due date of Friday. Thank you for getting this out to me sooner!

This is our third order with Custom Ink and as always the service and the product were of the highest quality. I know when I need it fast and right the first time Custom Ink is the obvious choice.

Love the web site and ease of creating and the final project was exactly what I was expecting to receive. Only complaint is that I didn't know until after I placed the order that I would receive additional savings due to putting the same logo on two different styles of shirts because the web site didn't accomodate that in the price quoting. I would have made the decision to order a ladies style as well because the savings I didn't know about would have allowed it in my budget.

My experience with Custom Ink was perfect from start to finish. My items turned out better than I expected, and my softball team looks pro. Keep up the good work. Ryan G

I would most definitely order from CustomInk again. The service was very personal and friendly. The shirts came out better than expected. I have dealt with other companies in the past, using the same logo.. and it was a nightmare! THANK YOU! :)
