It was great :) Everything I ordered was as I expected and the service representatives always promptly answered my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the order - and I had a lot of those. The only thing I had trouble with was processing payment going through my school, but CustomInk even helped sort that out and got my order shipped out as fast as possible. Everyone's really happy with the clothing they got which is the best thing!

CustomInk is an excellent company. The helpers were great with explaining and taking my order in. The quality is good but cheap. Moreover, I was able to see a preview of my design before it was made, which was so helpful. Thank you CustomInk and I am sure you'll be hearing more from me, soon.

Customink has absolutely fantastic customer service. I cannot praise them high enough. I'va called them so many times about so many different problems, and every time I have been re-directed to a friendly staff member who helped me take care of the issue right away. Their screen printing is not fantastic, but delivery is fast and free, so, really, couldn't ask for much more from them!

I had a WONDERFUL experience! The only problem I had was that I was unaware that after ordering them, I had to send back a comfirmation email, and that ended up setting back the delivery date. If you could just let the customer know before hand that they will have to send the email before production will begin, that would help out. Thank you so much for your amazing service! I LOVED that you guys kept in touch with me, and responded extremely quickly!
