Website nearly inpossible to self navigate with out "Live" support when navagating different choices and returning to add or subtract detail info... ie.e Names numbers and sizes.... unable to save the same "Case" had to create a new everytime I logged ini and out resulting in several different versions of the same order.

Numbers are coming off of shirts after first wash. This is twice now, in two orders that something has gone wrong. Last time our team name was left off of the final product, now the numbers are falling off of the shirts from my recent order. Not really helping for repeat business, this is why i ordered my team hats from your competitors. Having doubts of ordering next seasons jersey's.
