Was surprised to receive my order with defects and imperfections. I have never received anything from you guys that wasn't perfect. My concern is we all split costs for the shirts and now i have one unhappy runner with a flawed shirt. Is there anyway that shirt can be redone?

Not only was their website easy to follow and simply laid out, their live chat and phone service are incredible. On the other side of the chat was a real person who talked to me about my order. Over the phone, I had conversations with very lively people that helped me with the specifics of my order. There really isn't a better shirt printing company out there. I was disappointed that my original check that I paid to have overnighted was somehow lost, causing me to pay again to send another check. Since I work at a school, it's quite a pain getting checks cut, especially when they are for the same order. That being said, my issue was of Zachary's highest priority. He did a great job! He was courteous, attentive, and took care of my order making sure it was to me by the original due date!
