I live overseas as a military member and there is always some anxiety about ordering shirts and items from the States since we are in a different time zone and the shipping can be tricky. CustomInk is prompt, timely , professional, and the quality of the shirts were incredible. I cannot wait to work with them in the future. The only complaint I would have is please think about giving a military discount! We order tons of T-shirts!

I loved everything about the shirts and my experience with CustomInk. Fabulous, easy-to-use website is excellent. The shipping was super fast. Customer service was outstanding in proofing my design. The american apparel tri-blend shirts are my favorite because they are buttery-soft and did not disappoint. These shirts will certainly make our charity event more stylish and improve our team morale :)

I loved the design you own t-shirt site. Only thing I really missed: I wish you had more fonts to choose from - that will be the only reason for me to use another company. Really flexible when it came to changing the order, delivery earlier than expected etc. All good except for the limited amount of cool fonts, and that it is really hard to see how the color will be in real life (but that goes for everybody).

Excellent customer service. I had a representative call me because I used a PO Box as my address (I live above a business and cannot have mail delivered to my physical address). She was able to assist me in changing the delivery address and my questions about the t-shirt design. Very personable. Also, incredibly fast turn around -- my shirts arrived 2 days before they were expected.
