Really pleased with my experience. Custom ink had the most variety of art and t-shirt choices for what I wanted to do. I used both the live chat and phone customer service options to ask questions about and to place my order. Everyone was great - friendly, helpful and truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and making sure I got what I wanted. If you want to customize your order but can't figure out how to do what you want on the website give them a call - they can tell you if what you want is possible and how to best achieve it. I was able to get exactly what I wanted because I called my order in - I'm glad I didn't just give up when I didn't see the options on the web site. Website was easy to use. Shirts arrived quickly and look awesome. I got thermal shirts and was worried about how the screen printing would turn out on the waffled texture but it looks great/ professional. I wish I could have zoomed in closer on my design preview to make sure certain things lined up precisely - but everything turned out perfect when it arrived - I'm glad they have staff that checks your design out before they print it. Wish the prices could have been a little lower for my small order - but they are comparable to other online services and the shirts turned out great so no real complaints.

I'm thrilled with the entire experience and the end product. It far exceeded my expectations. I'm particularly happy with the support I received from Mark Lawrence (noticing I had the same print on multiple shirts and therefore lowering my total cost-- this was customer service at its highest level). I will recommend CustomInk and I will absolutely use CustomInk again for any t-shirt needs.

The reps were friendly, but not as customer-focused as my experience the first two times I ordered with y'all. One Custom Ink error on placing the order resulted in a price adjustment (up) after I had collected checks, so I ate the difference.
