I chose CustomInk because of how their sizing charts work. The shirts I ordered are for a family reunion, and we have pretty much every body type you can think of, from short-and-fat to tall-and-skinny. So the pictures of actual people wearing the shirt allowed my family members to make an educated decision on their shirt style preference and have less surprises when they get their shirts at the reunion. The customer service reps were very easy to work with as well -- easy to see that the incentives are around providing good service rather than on sales.

I was impressed with the process-Very easy! The white t-shirt are a bit thin on the thread count, but I choose a budget/cheaper quality.

I'm REALLY pleased with CustomInk. The people who helped up were great; the artists gave us samples right away; the shirts look amazing; the price was reasonable. We will DEFINITELY work with you guys again. (Also, I saw a friend last night carrying a really cool bag yesterday, with a custom-made family reunion logo on it. I asked where she got it and she said "CustomInk"! Nice job!)

My experience was wonderful! My order was filled quickly and, after accidently using a copyrighted quote on my design, Customer Service was so helpful in brainstorming new phrases with me. I'll be using them again in the future!

Designing wasn't quite as user-friendly as maybe it could be. Especially trying to get the text exactly the way we wanted it--finding fonts, curving, changing font size. Otherwise, it was great!

This is a fantastic concept and great company. We have been making personal Memorial Day shirts for about 10 years. Typically we would by the T shirts and iron printer paper and make our own. Those were ok. Being able to download our own artwork and have it professionally screen print for almost the same cost is a no-brain way to go. I think my family will be enjoying this shirt for years to come. The last thing I want to say, is the shirts came in a very fast time-frame. (less than 2 weeks) We will be using CustomInk in the future.

This was my first experience ordering from CustomInk and I will definitely order again! The customer service representative (Elizabeth) was very helpful in ensuring that my shirts arrived at the time I requested. I will tell all my friends and family about CustomInk!

Everything was good but the printing. I would order from you again, but the errors in the printing would make me consider other companies in the future.
