I was pretty disappointed with my experience with customink. The employees that helped me were very nice, but mistakes kept being made, which made it a more stressful experience than it should have been. I ordered a large quantity of shirts and wasn't able to get them all in one color, so we had to change the shirt and then my samples were sent to the wrong address. The customer service rep actually asked if someone could drive the samples from the wrong address in High Point, NC to my office in Durham. I also didn't like that I couldn't just work with one person on the order, I probably interacted with 10 different people at custom ink. It would have been so much less frustrating and less room for error if I had just been working with one person on the order.

I sent the following note to Rob Cheseldine who helped me in the store in Fairfax, Va. He was wonderful and I loved the finished product from Customink. You all are fabulous. You product is great quality and great price. And I love you logo, "inky" and your packaging and hang tags.
