I've used Custom Ink many times for our family events. Overall, the service has always been good. This time I had several problems. The first was the rep retrieving my design. It was available to me but it was stored under an iCloud address instead of my personal apple address. This hasn't happened before. Also, I seemed to keep having delays before my order could be placed. I really felt like it was because I gave a date that was several months ahead. I had to say specifically that I wanted to order NOW before the process was given the attention it needed.

packaging - not exactly your fault, but the package came in pretty beat up - there was no damage to the shirts, but I'm not sure how that happened - the damage most probably happened during shipping - overall though - great experience -
