The products were good but your customer service was phenomenal. Very friendly staff who walked me through the steps of ordering and designing the Tshirt. At every turn they offered me advice on how to save money. Guy even combined my separate orders of similar design into one order, which basically cut my bill in half. I've never received such excellent customer service in my life. Will absolutely recommend to others.

Oh man, you guys. I was actually totally over CI after repeat customer service fails a few years ago. BUT this time when I called MELISSA was sooooo freaking ridiculously awesome and personable and funny and helpful and an angel sent from heaven itself. I say this both as a customer and as someone who trains teams to have great customer service. That was stellar. Please pay her all the dollars you can find and then find a way to give more dollars to her. I hope you recorded that conversation so you can go back to it and show new hires what an absolute customer service WIN looks like. I hope you write a book based on Melissa's skills and they turn it into a movie which all of us complain about because the book was better. People who didn't read the book will love it, but, you know, whatever- we're more literate.
