Customer service is hands down the best customer service and the only reason I would use custom ink again. Im concerned on the final product and washing it. Many shirts were ruined this way.

My experience with Custom Ink was top notch all around. The design process is so fun, the production time & cost is totally reasonable, and the final product turned out great! They even wrapped all the shirts in a plastic protection to insure they would not get damaged by weather during shipment. That's a company that cares about delivering a quality product (and the note was so cute - they have personality too!) I would say the ONLY improvement that could improve the experience as a whole - would be having a "username" of sorts with a little more user-friendliness. I wish that it was easier to see (maybe with thumbnails) different versions of my design. For example I wish I could make a "project" - Israel Shirt 2014. Then within that project I could "version" out each design as it progresses- and easily see each with thumbnails. So I would go into my Israel Shirt project - and see all the versions that I've created (v1, v2, v3 - or a custom naming convention.) Then, as you continue to develop - like you currently have it set up - you can save your updates as a new version, OR update the existing version with a "save as" type move. Otherwise- still a fantastic company & product. Thanks Custom Ink! :)
