My overall experience with Customink was great! All the staff was professional and very friendly! The website is very user-friendly, and the printing is very good. The colors are great, and it's well-done. My last comment concerns the female shirts I ordered. I love the colors and the texture. The only thing is that right before placing my order, one of the staff members told me that those specific shirts fit smaller, so I changed my order, but actually when we received them they were fitting normal (so I'm missing a bunch of small ones, I had to give medium ones...). I shouldn't have changed the sizes...

We had a lot of difficulty with this design initially and had gone through the Process of reviewing and changing the design a number of times and it was more than helpful to have seen our final proofs before accepting what Was going to be printed on the shirts. The customer service was always very helpful When we felt as though we were out of options for the design. The final product came out better than we expected and without being able to check our proofs this entire process would have been a nightmare.
