The reps were friendly, but not as customer-focused as my experience the first two times I ordered with y'all. One Custom Ink error on placing the order resulted in a price adjustment (up) after I had collected checks, so I ate the difference.

The shirts turned out really nice for my friends and I 15 year beach reunion! The website was easy to use and had tons of options.The design team had a useful idea to make the shirts look better, and I like how they took the time to make sure everything was lined up properly, looked good, and even sent a proof approval with their ideas! The package came earlier than expected, which was great! The prices were a bit higher than I hoped to spend, but in the end, I think it was worth it. Now, I have to wait and see what my friends think!
