The customer service at CustomInk was outstanding. Each time I called several people assured me that the order was processing and would arrive on time. The girls enjoyed wearing their shirts to NYC on Friday, May 3. The order was delivered on and several girls took them home to coordinate their bottoms to match! They were quite excited! Thank you very much!

Custom Ink's customer service was amazing! I had a very complicated order (various colors, various sizes, names on back), and it was handled pretty smoothly. The order came by the promised time, and my AP Chemistry students were thrilled!

I was on a time crunch, as last minute the schools budget didn't allow purchase of team shirts, so the price was reasonable enough for the girls to have shirts made. They LOVED them! Customer service was great on the phone and being ablt to talk one on one with someone is a plus for me. Thank ya'll for an awesome experience! GO MUSTANGS!

Other than the women's shirts, everything was awesome. Aubrey, who I talked to initially was super helpful, and the emails I received were great.

Loved the order process and how proofs were given before finalization occurred. Customer service reps were also amazing and helpful in every way. Website is easy to use and changes/additions for shirts are easy. The only thing that could be better were the display of text on shirts for youth sized. It was hard to visualize this on the site but Customer Service was able to help with this during the review process. Packaging was great and shipment was received early. Will definitely come back to CustomInk for future needs!
