I love being able to design my own prints online and see what they will look like printed before ordering. Ordering in bulk - around 70 items - makes the pricing reasonable. I do wish that the customer service people had a more realistic level of enthusiasm regarding my designs. It's a little irritating when they are over the top about it.

You guys created a GORGEOUS design for us, and then you printed it onto wonderful shirts (my original is a few years old, has been washed a million times, and still looks FABULOUS!). We reorder every year for a new batch of students, and every year, the process is so incredibly easy. Every associate I've spoken to has been super friendly and helpful; the shirts arrive quickly; you've been great when I've goofed up an order and needed you to save me. I really appreciate the customer service. Most of my orders are for fund raisers for dance teams or sports teams. The recent order was for a young man going to mission program helping the poor. Costumink gave us a small discount that helped us with raising money. Thank you.

This is the third?...fourth? time I have ordered with CustomInk. Every time ALL aspects of the process have been excellent. Much thanks to the advice and cooperation of customer service, ordering, art and inking for this year's shirts as I needed a bit of help with the "straight outta consciousness" design. We have used CustomInk for A LOT of orders. We have had good experiences, and we have had a few really bad experiences. This order went relatively well- but it just look like the shirts are not looked over before they are packaged. I have found myself saying multiple times that we will be looking for someone else to work with, but we do continue to use CustomInk for now. The simplicity of designing and ordering is hard to beat. I just wish we could get two things: 1) Orders to be thoroughly looked over before being sent 2) Any kind of loyalty/recognition for repeat business. <<< I have mentioned this MANY times, but I don't think repeat business matters enough to their business?

The sizes were to my expectations. Maybe the youth ran a little small. There were a few shirts where the design was a little off centered, but not enough for me to bother with them. I spoke with kelly when I ordered and she was one of the most pleasant people I've worked with. I was really happy with the customer serve and was relieved that it was as easy as she made it, to order all the various sizes and types of shirts. I was hesitant to call and speak with a person, bease I usually end up speaking with someone who is rude, not very knowledgeable or helpful or following a script. Kelly was awesome and REAL. I am fairly certain Brian was the artist who cleaned up my design and sent it to me for review. He did a great job. I really couldn't be more pleased. I look forward to ordering from cutsom ink in the future.

Ordering was easy and pleasant. Shipping was fast. Shirts looked good. Unfortunately one of the shirts came with a hole in the armpit. We added an extra shirt last minute which was okayed by a customer service agent but instead of receiving an extra XL shirt we received an extra S. Other than these QC issues, the product and service was great.
