Everything met my expectations! The customer service was fantastic -- double checking that my design was accurately reflected before printing (I asked for an adjustment on the printing on a youth size in comparison to an adult sized shirt and it all worked out).

The only issue i ran into is that the website can be a little hard to use when designing a shirt. I was trying to layer images and it wasn't working well.

First time buyer. I was extremely surprised by the caliber of service that I received from this company; it was truly unexpected. From beginning to end my customer service reps were energetic friendly helpful and most of all compassionate. They took the time to build a rapport with me, which I greatly appreciated. I feel each customer service rep went out of their way to get my idea that I envisioned for my product and brought it to life. They called me back I. A timely fashion and were never rude or sounded annoyed if I asked a question. Long story short I will recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to use them in the future for any occasion that will arise in the future. I give them two thumbs up. A ten out of ten.
