The web site is great and very easy to use. I was contacted right away regarding my order and the entire experience was a breeze. Unfortunately I ended up with $300 in jerseys that we won't be able to use. If I had seen the jerseys in a typical brick and mortar store, I would have realized that I needed to order much larger sizes for my team. To save money, next time I would probably use a store that I can go to in person.

I had a really hard time with the entire order but the support team that I talked to did an amazing job with communicating with me on how to keep the price down and work around my schools outrageous demands. Even though the order got shipped out the day before it was suppose to arrive for out conference it still made it here on time and everyone loves the shirts. I had to reopen the order because the prices changed dramatically without warning. There were misprints of the numbers and the sizes got mixed up. This was pretty awful. They also got incredibly wrinkled from the packaging.
