Hadriana Raymundo was wonderful- so polite, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. She got us started with a design and we took it from there. It was a little overwhelming at first but once we had something to start with, it made it much easier. I wish I had another team project so I could order from Hadriana again!!! My company has placed many orders with Customink and we've been generally very satisfied. But this past time they forgot part of our mailing address on the packaging label and the shipment was sent to the other side of campus. Since our order must be sent to our forwarding office in Washington in order to be forwarded to the Middle East, the misprint on the label caused great delays so that our team did not get their jersey in time for the first game. This caused quite an inconvenience and while we've liked using Customink in the past, we may reconsider ordering again.
