The web site can be a little tricky editing images, it's been a couple weeks since I've been on sorry I can not be more specific, of the 20 shirts I ordered, 4 seperate plies, in complete silly order, either put them in numbered order cause they had numbers on the back or put all the xl's, L's, M's, S's in seperate piles, very poor job on your part,

Excellent, all around -- from the initial contact, to the communication throughout, to the finished product! First of all, Customer Service by far exceeded my expectations. Custom Ink staff were very friendly and eager to help. My disappointment came after I received my order. I wish this survey had a way to upload pictures so I could show the discrepancies (I would be happy to email a pick of the shirt I received as well as the shirt I "approved" for printing- thorob@nemont.net) The shirt material was great! The screen print however was not. The ink color was not the same as it was when I approved the order (on the back of the shirt) and the placing of the wording was not where it was suppose to be (as it was when I approved the order). I would likely order again, however I would need to be assured that the "approved" shirt would be the same at what I receive.
