The CustomInk website was perhaps the most user friendly site I've ever used. I was amazed at how easy it was to upload our logo to the design lab and they even cleaned up my poor fuzzy image. When I called to complete the order the gentleman was super friendly and very helpful in taking my order. Both the t-shirts and the polos are so comfortable. I couldn't be happier with what I ordered, and would definitely order from CustomInk in the future.

See above. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism. The only complaint was the fact that you have your staff speak and act as if they live and work in the CA valley as in the valley girl speak. That was annoying. Please have them be perky but adult in their speach so they are more professional but still nice.

I ordered polo shirts for our 25th annual family reunion. Your company offered the best selection of polo shirts and the best prices on the internet. I tweaked a design from your examples, ordered the shirts, and had them at my house all in less then 10 days - plus the shipping was free. I will definitely use CustomInk again!

Experience was great - I called several times and was promptly connected and professionally consulted, we also very much apreciate the flexibility regarding the shipment date.

I felt that the company was very helpful and worked with me in designing the best product, with an affordable price for my students.

The young lady that I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and called back a few days later to remind me that my order had not been completed. I thanked her for the reminder and that I had a few more questions that she then readily answered. She also sent me a link that I requested concerning jackets/sweatshirts as well. She did everything but ask me: "Do you want fries with that"? Just kidding on that part... We will order from your company again! Sincerely, Sally Brashaw

Overall we were overly pleased with the results and the customer service was excellent and they took the time to answer all of our questions and make changes as requested. we would consider coming back for more shirts and also other items that they offer for our organization.

The customer service are excelent. They are very nice to deal with. When ever I have question I just call them and they answer me nicely and respecfully. That makes me feel special and I like to talk to them.
