My customer service experience was exhausting but courteous. I've never experienced such incompetence in any other retail transaction. I spent a lot of time getting all of the details correct with my order only to have it mistakenly modified numerous times. I gave a DIRECT LINK of my shirt design to more than one customer service reps only to have them ignore it and choose the wrong one. This was followed by them changing the color and size of items by mistake and missing the entire second page of my order, twice. I have to say undeniably that only by my perserverance were my orders completed. The whole experience left me frustrated and exhausted. Carelessness and oversight will destroy a retail company. I do however wish you all the best and hope that my experience was not indicative of the entire company. BTW, once the order was placed, processing and shipping was EXTREMELY quick. It was a pleasant surprise.
Customink has always been the best company to work with in any market. I want to thank them for there service. I made a late order, and not only did they tell me they could push delivery up a day, they also got it to me two days before that day. Simply put, I will never go anywhere else for my custom apparel.

The customer service was the best part of dealing with Custom Ink. The agents were very helpful. More than a customer could imagine. No matter how many questions I asked, they answered without a sigh or making me believe that I was getting on their nerves. Changes were made in a timely manner and done correctly and respect was exhibitied at all times.
I was highly impressed with your team of Customer Service representatives, primarily Amanda McCabe and and Jason Chung. There was an initial issue with the samples I order that Jason quickly resolved. The logo on our aprons were printed in a pink font (instead of white) and Amanda is working on having new aprons to us by Monday. I truly appreciate working with extremely well-mannered, customer oriented professionals. Thank you.
