Customer service was perfect, bar-none! I called other companies to get prices, minimum order numbers and turn-around times. While other companies may have had better prices or lower minimum order thresholds, I couldn't look past the responsiveness and genuine passion and care for my order that I recevied from Custom Ink. All was as good as, or better than expected. One thing to note was when I placed the order I could not really tell from the web site if it would be embroidered to screen printed on the hat. The end result was a pleasant surprise, with the logo done in embroidery with true colors and a good polished look.
