It's really confusing to have a million different customer service reps responding to my emails - I get that you guys are trying to reply as quickly as possible, but each rep uses a different email address and changes the email subject. Actually, even when the same rep writes back, he/she changes the e-mail subject. This results in dozens of separate conversations in my inbox, making it impossible to track the process.

Great customer service, really helpful! Shirts were a little big for us - we ordered a size up because it ran small (thought they would fit arms and waist tighter)... So fitting was a little off but quality of shirt material and printing is great!
