Great customer service but terrible printing. Actual print did not look like proofs. Logo ended up on side of chest (where you can't see it looking at the person from the front) instead of front of the chest.

Almost every rep I've spoken with has been AMAZING. I even received a surprise email to tell me I was accidentally overcharged and they found a way to do my order at a cheaper rate. How often does a business go out of it's way to tell you they can get you a better deal AFTER you already paid, and they issues you a refund!! The time the reps spend helping me place orders is beyond wonderful. I never feel rushed and the shirts always turn out Perfect! I am over the moon pleased with my orders! I will be placing many more in the future.
