Customer service and communication needs to be improved, I didn't appreciate all the time I had to waste talking and repeating myself to multiple people, it would have been a lot more effective to speak to only one person who could accurate communicate. I also do not appreciate assuming you can call me by my first name. You are a business and I am a customer, not your 'bud' show me the respect I deserve and address me appropriately.
