Great experience. I found the design software to be a bit challenging to use. I thought I had added a back design when I placed my order but when I received the proof there was no back design. However, customer service was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me correct it. They were professional, kind, prompt and helpful to get the issue resolved. The final product was amazing and I would definitely order again.

I was getting pricing from tshirt companies for what I know is a small-ish size order. After receiving estimates and even beginning the design process with one company I was contacted by my local Custom Ink rep, asking if there were any questions he could answer. I thought I'd see what he could offer, and before I knew it, we were finalizing my design. I never even heard back from the other company. Sometimes it's worth the effort to reach out--thanks, local Custom Ink rep!
