My experience was exceptional. The customer service representative was quick to get back to me every time I changed my mind about the order, or had a new request. The shirts were done exactly to my requests, and I was confident that they would arrive in time thanks to the email updates. The pricing, embroidery and customer service was excellent. I thought the shirt was made of a different material. From the picture I thought it was more of a "coaches shirt" material. I am concerned that the black shirt will fade,shrink or lose its shape when my students wash it.

Customer services was exceptional! They helped me combine orders, which saved us money. They also worked to update and adjust our company logo- in order for the embroidery to look more neat (which came out looking GREAT!) The quality of the items are great- and everything was delivered earlier than estimated. Will be a returning customer.

Customer service and the embroidery itself were both excellent. The logo came out just as the image sent. I wasn't that impressed with the ladies polo shirt though. Even though it says "ladies" it's still quite boxy like a man's shirt.
