Quality, shipping, packaging, etc was all fine. What I was so disappointed about was the color. On the website and every email I received from Custom Ink showed the print being a light blue. I expected to get a light blue and white sweatshirt. What I got was an electric blue. The color match up is terrible and I am very disappointed in this. You also went on and on about how there had to be a trade mark by "Blue Devils" and when I decided to go through with the order after cancellation, there was no trademark on the final product. Which is totally fine and that is after all what I wanted but I dont know why it was such a big deal at the time. Everything worked out though except the color. I did not want that color. Question 5 asks if I would order from CustomInk again. I have yes there now, but if color is going to be messed up I dont think I will. Color on the computer and in the final product are a huge thing.

CustomInk's customer service is AMAZING. Our group order had some difficulties with the design due to the complexity of what we wanted on it, and the customer service representatives communicated amongst themselves so that when I called back and spoke with someone new, they knew exactly what was going on and could help keep our project moving in a timely manner. Even with updates to the design we still received our order before our guaranteed delivery date.
I needed to order a set of uniforms and crewnecks for my JV volleyball team, and we needed a special request for the design, so I called up Customer Service. Every single person I talked with on the phone was super nice, polite, and had great attitudes for people who work in call centers (which probably isn't too enjoyable). I found myself talking to about 10 different people (since whenever I called back that specific person was busy), but it wasn't a problem for any of them and they simply looked up my email or even knew by my phone number itself what to help me with and who to reach out to. I had many questions, and they were patient and helpful and seemed bashful to be thanked by me. Not only that, but my school always orders from this company because it's always so reliable - I had a misprint on uniform, but it was sent the day after and guaranteed, even with a gift voucher (with no expiration date) as an apology! I always got frequent emails and texts updating me on how my order was going even before the thought came to me each day. Incredible service, amazing flexibility, and their shirts never fail to be the quality we pay for. Customink is definitely our school's go-to company for customized school team and club apparels.

Overall good experience. Easy to work with customer service. Go off a script pretty obviously, for better or worse. You never hear from the same person twice which is a little odd, even within the same day.
CustomInk's customer service was absolutely wonderful! Everything was easy to navigate on the website, and it was awesome to see something I designed be made into a real product. My products arrived a day after the guaranteed date, but it was nothing too extreme.
