I was reasonably pleased with the phone customer service. However, after I worked to nicely with the representative to get the artwork perfected and submitted and approved, and after the online order was supposedly "finalized" I was then told a few days later that the order was being held up because I hadn't finalized it yet in the form of a faxed purchase order. Who faxes things these days? However, much worse: the embroidery job was not as good as I expected. I knew the colors wouldn't be quite as radiant, but the image to be embroidered included a person's face, and the face was noticeably disfigured in the final product...very disappointing. The shirt quality isn't great either: I've worn a shirt for one week and it's already starting to get that fuzz that comes when polo shirts start to wear.

CustomInk worked with me every step of the way to make sure I received just what I wanted in work related embroidered shirts. This style/type of shirt is far better suited to men than women, due to sizing. I would order a smaller size, if that were available. Overall, this was an easy process and CustomInk was great.
