CustomInk to the rescue! When I designed our reunion tees for our grandkids, I drew in black on white. But their moms chose dirt-hiding dark shirts for the boys, and the light ink made the image look awkwardly like a photo negative. There wasn’t time to come up with another design. But when the proof came back, it looked amazing! The design team had inverted some of the elements, solving the problem and giving me an idea for our adult shirts in the future. Been using customink for a while now and I didn't think I had the wisest CS representative. Nice though, just took longer than the normal process which is one of my reasons for always returning, along with the great printing and turnaround time.

We liked the shirts overall. I was disappointed they were out of all 3T and 5T shirts. Also the adult AA jersey shirts did not run small as stated on the website. One T-shirt had the wrong color ink printed on it. But for a group of 22, 21 were right. Customer service was great! They were helpful and patient on the phone. Answered all my questions.

Someone had written that these shirts ran small but I didn't find that to be true. Also, they do not shrink very much when washed either. Love the logo colors and how true the shirt colors are to the ones shown on the webpage. Great job!

overall great experience. First time. I didn't get how to use the design your own and it didn't seem easy on the website; i found a template and modified that, which worked. For me, the design your own was a little hard, but maybe that's me. Everyone on phone was great, and customink stood by their word. There was a little lag time from when I put order in and thought it was finalized, and it seemed like order got "lost" or overlooked, then we were on a time crunch because apparently it still needed to have numbers confirmed and paid. I didn't realize that and was waiting for response from staff. No matter, because CustomInk stood by their word and got it to us on time, and overall the experience was great. I only listed the stuff above because it might help you in future with others. The family loved the shirts, loved the design we ended up with, and quality overall was really good! Everyone I worked with, and there were several, was positive, upbeat, helpful and kind...that's important, because it was stressful to be responsible for designing and ordering the shirts. Thank you!
