I will NOT ever use CustomInk again!!! I was disappointed with the final product we received. I did get excellent customer service, but if you don't like the final product...

This is my second time ordering and the first time was a disaster but I wanted to give you all another chance and it paid off. I am the President-Elect of the DC Gator Club with over 8,000 local members here in the capitol region and a council member of the All Florida Alumni Group of DC with contacts at 10 flagship alumni associations. We have used one particular vendor for many years but when I take over in July, might start using you for all of our designs. I hope experiences like this continue, thanks!

The absolute BEST customer service, totally polite, helpful, beyond accommodating and I spoke to many different people so it wasn't just one great staff member but 3, all equally lovely and service oriented. I literally told myself no matter what, whenever I order any custom t's or sweats, (which I do often for kids b-day parties, camp, school events etc) I will always order from CustomInk again. Mainly because of the customer service. Whoever is training your people is doing an excellent job. I didn't have the easiest time ordering online but the customer service over the phone was so great it didn't matter.

Mark Oakley was the rep I talked in order, he was the most pleasant phone rep i have ever talked to! great experience!

The site is very user friendly and I love that you can see the finished product as you design it!

We were very pleased with the family reunion shirts we ordered. Customer service was fantastic in helping us get the best price for shirts ranging from infant to adult sizes. The shirts came out great and were delivered when promised and packaged in an easy to sort way.

Great experience! My triathlon team will be back with more orders in the future. Everything came out better than I expected. High quality gear and easy ordering process.

Quality, sizes and colors were great. Having the shirt dimensions available online helped us order appropriate sizes. The colors were true to what we expected based off the proofs and the customer service was unbelievably wonderful from start to finish! All around great products and great experience as a buyer.
