As you my noticed we had changed the color on our shirts to pink after finding out a member of our family had breast cancer. You made it very easy for us to change and design everything on our shirts. We are looking forward to showing them off in Disney World! I absolutely love your company and have already recommended it to several people should they ever need T shirts for any events. It is obvious that customer service is important to your company. All of your well trained staff were helpful, courteous, and interested in making my experience great. In particular, Kayla was a so good in explaining every aspect of the process and even took time to listen to me talk about our family reunion plans. I love that because I knew she understood how important the T shirts were in bringing my family together. I love your website which allowed me to visualize how the final product will look. I love the approval steps in the process as that helped me feel confident that you knew what I wanted. I love how easy it is to get help from a live person. I love that you have a staff of artists who can help develop a customized product. I love how your product is reasonably priced and how your staff tries to help keep the cost down and carefully explains all the options. I love your business philosophy and how it comes through in all the details. I love the way the product was packaged and the note saying that I can be picky because you are. I love the pictures on the box the shirts were shipped in. I love how the shirts were folded neatly. Details matter, customer service matters, and it it obvious your company knows this. Everyone in your company seems to be working together to make it all come together...and it did for me! Thanks for a great product and great experience! I'm just sorry that I don't need any more T shirts for a while, but when I do, I will be back. I wish you sold other products as it is so nice to work with such a great company. My faith is restored in small business again as I see that someone out there does understand what matters to the customer. Thanks again for a great job!

Overall the product was well above average, most people would likely say great, but I am a Professional Graphic Designer, so I am trained to notice the smallest details. Kudos for getting the order right. I had a 2-color logo printed on 80 shirts each with a number on the back. Nine different colors on most every size from onesie to 3XL. 25 total different garments men’s, women’s, youth, babies. Not one shirt was printed on the wrong size or color! Just a couple problems. 1) We choose Performance wear - apparently it is very difficult to print screens on Performance wear, the website could easily present a flag when you upload your own artwork for Performance wear that warns you of that fact. When I presented revised artwork options, replacing traditional screens with coarse rules I'm not sure I really ever got an artist to study the ruled option. Ultimately I was required to print 2-color shirts with no screens when I actually preferred the look of one color with screens. 2) The Performance shirts each have a "iron on" number on the back, many of the polyester shirts are slightly scorched, seared or partially discolored from the heat process, others look great. Some were borderline acceptable others perfectly o.k. Overall the product was definitely above average and I choose not to return any shirts as I felt the likelihood of getting a better overall product was not probable. If you are insanely picky like I am, you will probably not be disappointed with CustomInk, but they may not "exceed your expectations", but then I’m not sure anyone can exceed MY expectations.
