Fantastic experience. I went with your company because you had the best website features. Your site allowed me to customize the shirt and make a number of changes as I weighed the colors and product selection. You also had one of the most extensive ranges of products and high quality. The customer service person I spoke with was fantastic and helped me rush the order so we had it in time. The art proof process fine-tuned the design and suggested changes that looked great. The packaging was nicely done. I will use your company again and recommend it to others.

It was SO EASY to find what I wanted on your website. Once I had designed our shirts, I spoke with Sylvio, who was able to make sure the design would be reduced so it fit on the toddler/baby shirts. He was FANTASTIC to work with and deserves a raise for all he did to help me. When the order arrived I was thrilled with the quality of the shirts! I will use Customink again I the future!

This was my first CustomInk experience and I was extremely happy with the service I received. From the moment I called to discuss pricing, I was not let down. Pretty good experience. I had to go back and forth with customer service more than I felt was reasonable to make sure a couple of extra sizes were available. I was told yes, then no, then yes again. Causing worry and stress as I had already committed to my backers an expected timeline as the "no" came after payment was accepted and I was given a "guaranteed" delivery date. Plus the size quantities were incorrect several times and had to be corrected. Everything was corrected with no delay to my shipping date and overall I was more or less happy with the end product, but if I had not been as proactive in making sure my quantities were correct, I would have had a big problem on my hands.
