Opportunity is to set a standard on how many items you will ship to a P.O. Box. I had a couple of different reps talk with me about it because I had 10 T-Shirts. It seems that it wasn't exactly clear, but we did resolve it.

From the very beginning the staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Working with a live person throughout the pieces was great. Their attention to detail and follow up was great. Shirts arrived early and look great! My toddler looks adorable in his new shirts and my team looks professional! The only disappointment that I had was that there was an additional 25$ charge for needing 2 print screen sizes due to adult and toddler shirts in the same order. I would have liked that to have been in the original order amount rather than being told as a follow up conversation. My options were explained very well, however, by the print specialists that I e-mailed back and forth with.

Overall, the ordering was a fantastic experience and the shirts were great. David was incredibly helpful with this rush order that arrived exactly as promised in just 2 days and just in time for our party. Would have been a WOW! experience but the color of the names wasn't printed as ordered and one shirt sleeve was coming apart at the seems.

Overall the experience of ordering, paying, and delivery of the shirts was really good. I did have to pay for an additional screen for the children's shirts that I was not warned about in the beginning of the ordering process. I also would have liked to see an easier process for ordering different styles and "kids" sizes. That part was a little confusing and required multiple conversations with the online chat or through email. All in all everyone loved the shirts.
