The support I received was first class as usual, and I loved the shirts. One of the designers pointed out that the text color I chose for the back of my shirt would somewhat wash out with the shirt color I chose. So I changed the text color slightly. It was still washed out a bit once I saw the actual shirts, but that was my doing, and not the designer's. I'm still a happy camper, but perhaps the designers can be more forceful if they come across a future customer who's stubborn like me. :-)

The individuals who I spoke with took the time needed to make sure that the artwork and design would fit the shirt the way I wanted and helped me size the boys in the group by emailing me photos to compare their sizes visually. I love Custom Ink. Getting to talk to an actual human on the phone - Heather! - is a refreshing, positive, and helpful thing. Also, I appreciate how kind all the CI people are on the phone. It doesn't just feel like idle chit-chat. When I said these shirts were for my class, the CI representative legitimately made a comment about her old school clothes, too. It wasn't forced. I had a pleasant conversation with a customer service representative (which is a sentence that doesn't get said very often in 2017).

CustomInk has great customer service and very accommodating, which is why I keep coming back to them! I was able to order different styles of shirts with the same design with no problem. I would recommend doing that over the phone. Next Level Jersey shirts are great quality and very soft! And Canvas is great as well! I would recommend those brands it if you want a cheaper alternative to American Apparel :)
