Overall experience was awesome. This is my first time using CI and I would definitely use them again. They helped me with my design questions and helped me to get different products in the same order so I could still receive the quantity discounts. That was important, as we had tees, tanks and a child shirt that we wanted.

Without asking for it, CustomInk refunded part of my order cost becauseI was printing the same design on two different products. Most companies would take the extra money, but CustomInk is different. That's why I love them.

I have tried to talk to someone about getting a refund twice since I never received my order and both times I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and eventually hung-up because I didn't have the time to be placed on hold and not find a solution to the problem. Very disappointed. If I do not receive a refund, I will dispute the charge on my American Express with them.

Even though I had so many proofing changes because the initial design provided was not on par with our original uploaded design-- it was too cluttered and messy, the customer representatives I've dealt with were really understanding and very helpful! They were great to work with and really treated me well! After going through many rounds of changes, I'm so glad that it worked out at the end and am very pleased that the shirts arrived on time before we left for out of town. Thank you!
