The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. You can't beat Custom Inks customer service. We did have a little bit of back and forth about the proof but hey they were making sure that is perfect and I appreciate that. I don't like how the size of the logo always stayed the same from a child size shirt to an XXL the logo size didn't match the size of the shirt. The tank and women's shirt ran VERY small. I had people tell me that they ordered the same size they always do and the booster shirts didn't fit. I had the same experience. Never in my life did I ever need an XXL shirt but these booster shirts really ran small and when I called to exchange them I was told I could NOT. So many people are stuck with shirts that do not fit and will not be worn and they will probably not repurchase. That makes me very sad and upset. I've never bought a shirt from a company that I couldn't exchange. I would also rather communicate with your customer service via phone, but I was told to email with questions and I'd have to WAIT for a response. So much could have been taken care of with just a single phone call instead of many many emails. Then, my booster ran for a month and on THE LAST DAY I was told that there were character discrepancies in my description. Something I should have been told on day 1 not on day 29. I would have rather had 1 customer service person dedicated to me and help me every step of the way so that my booster could have been the best possible. I feel like I wasn't treated the best I could have been. On question 6 where it asks if I'd order again with CustomInk I wish there was an I don't know answer instead of just yes or no.

The service and product was amazing and that is why I have been coming back for so many projects over the last 8 years and will continue to do so. The one thing I would say is perhaps you should promote your glitter and foil services. I looked in the search to see if you did that, but it is not information readily available when designing. Therefore working on the shirt had to be done by phone. Again they are great, but I'm sure other clients may want to know they have these capabilities when working with Custom Ink.
