Our shirts were ultimately delayed by 48 hours, preventing us from selling them before out event and ultimately meaning that we barely broke event (and didn't raise any money for our organization) through them. There was some mix up with the payment - we called the card in on Wedneday, and custom ink didn't notify us until Monday night that they hadn't processed it. After assuring us we would get the shirts the next day, we heard mid day on Tuesday that they couldn't print our shirts because they had "MIT" on them. We had spoken with custom ink 5 times before that point, and they never mentioned to me or our administrator that this was a concern. In order to get the shirts for our event we removed MIT, but it wasn't the shirt we had hoped for. Based on this experience, we won't be ordering from custom ink again, which is a shame because we order hundreds of shirts a week for events for MIT Sloan.
