Overall CustomInk provided terrific service. Everyone I spoke to was peppy, excited, and completely helpful in solving for any issues that arose while we were customizing the shirts. Honestly, probably the best customer service experience I have ever had.
My experience with CustomInk was about the best I've ever dealt with. Every single person I spoke to was extremely helpful and courteous. I even had to make an additional late/addendum order and they were able to get it out quickly.

It was so great working with CustomInk! The website was so easy to maneuver as I designed my shirt, unlike other sites, and they have a plethora of clip art and fonts to choose from. When I did have a question and called, I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised to have a real person pick up the phone! She was so friendly and helpful. The finished product turned out awesome! It was an overall fantastic experience and I will definitely order from CustomInk again!

The customer service was excellent! The representative helped me find the right color of shirt (teal), assisted me in the design upload, and helped me add an additional message on the back. I will use CustomInk again! I am so pleased with the results.
I seriously loved all of the reps I talked to. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. The only time I was frustrated was when I was trying to figure out the website on my own, as well as getting a call that the screen printing would look differently on different sizes (this was two days after ordering and after talking to three different representatives). I was frustrated but the rep that I talked to was calm and cool and eventually helped me better understand. I think it would be helpful if the previews that are sent to the customer for approval prior to ordering should not only show large tshirt sizes, but also xlarge and kids sizes (in this case, it did not make too much of a difference but I would've felt better going through the ordering process). Again, everyone was truly helpful and even tried to save me money--as a church group, we truly appreciated this! Our tshirts really set us apart at our first summer community outreach and I know that they will continue to help show people our mission: To know Jesus and make Him known. Thanks CustomInk!
