The online ordering can be tricky due to us ordering several types of shirts/hoodies/long sleeve/V-neck but customer service did an awesome job of helping us out. Made the first time buying experience from CustomInk easier. I would definitely recommend CustomInk for buying bulk custom shirts.

The shirts themselves are very thin (borderline see-through), which is something that I did not anticipate/want. The custom ink label on the inside neck area is off center for all of the shirts, which looks odd when giving them out and putting them on. The color is close to what I was looking for and the overall artwork looks pretty good. I am disappointed in the first two items and hope that the shirt holds-up after a few washes due to their frailty even though they were a premium choice. The customer service was handled well throughout the process. The answer to the question "Would you order from CustomInk again?" is a toss-up for me as I will be exploring other options in the future, but I selected "Yes".
