I'll repeat what I wrote about the lower rating: "Customer Service received a 5 because, when I initially talked with a sales rep and began emailing that CustomInk sales rep about my order, it would take 24 hours before I would get a response. That went on a while, which essentially pushed out out a local deadline we had set for getting the shirts in. In any case, I decided that I had to place yet another call at which time I did speak with a different rep, which got things rolling even though there were hiccups there, too, with confusion about previous designs and such. In short, the ordering process seemed much more difficult and took longer than it should have been in my humble opinion." I'm adding the following: "From a customer's perspective, I felt like I needed to stop and analyze your customer service process in order to proceed and ensure my order was going to get done right. That time spent could have been eliminated early on and gotten my order processed in a more timely manner. Otherwise, we're happy with the shirt quality."
