The entire process exceeded expectations. Customer service was exceptional; every single representative provided exemplary service. This literally sealed the deal for us. The product too delivered, and we're thrilled with the final result. Our only complaint is that we were a little frustrated to find the CustomInk logo printed on the shirts. This did not seem like it was communicated in advance (if at all, then not well), and it is less than ideal on the final product.

Your customer service representatives are great. I especially like working with Mia. That being said, I prefer to speak with only ONE Customer Service Representative (CSO) per order. If Mia is the person I'm communicating with, I want to hear back from Mia only and not get an email from "John" as a follow-up or a phone call from Deanna. If something is urgent, I'll call and I'll ask to speak with someone other than Mia if she's not available to help with the order. Otherwise, please don't call me on the weekends and please don't get multiple CSOs involved for no reason. It makes the experience less personal and unnecessarily more complicated. My only other suggestion for website improvement would be that the final proof should be automatically saved to your SAVED DESIGNS. It doesn't really make sense to go back in and see the original work you put in if the design team made changes for you or the placement of the artworked changed.
