Love the website & design process and received fantastic customer service ... But did not like the pricing structure required me to guess on total number ... Ended up having to pay $40 out-of-pocket to cover cost due to lower than expected order. Thought I would purchase additional t's to cover shortage, but didn't see an easy way to add t's and in a rush to finalize and ship ... So payed extra $40. Grr. But I love the t's! :)

Even though the website is user-friendly, the customer service support staff is off the charts. It is really hard to determine online the look and feel of each material via a computer screen. Both of the agents that I spoke with were patient with me while I asked a more than a handful of questions about the texture, appearance, how the logo would look appear, sleeve lengths, and breathability of the fabric of each shirt. They even sent me samples so that I could choose which one would work best for our upcoming run. Thanks again for all of your help - we will be sure to send you a picture of us all in our shirts!
