The customer service is wonderful and very professional! They always try to go above and beyond to make us happy. Sending free samples / fixing errors in quick time/ responding quickly, etc. Love the shirts, just had a few issues. 1. Six of the hoodies were backwards with the color ordering. We ordered green and received the size in black. The hoodies we ordered in black, we got in green. But they immediately are sending us new ones and I am returning the incorrect ones. 2. One of our members said his shirt logo is extremely crooked. He doesn't want the shirt and cannot wear it the way it is. Would love if you could send a corrected shirt. mens Large charcoal gray tshirt. 3. The biggest complaint we had when we handed out the shirts was with the hoodies. The clients are disappointed with the logo design on the front. They think it looks kind of stupid with the logo split across the chest and zipper with such a large gap in between. When I spoke with the representative to decide if we should keep the logo on the left breast or spread across the zipper, I asked if there would be a large gap in between near the zipper. They said no, they could make that work. When I approved the proofs it didn't look like a large gap but when received it is a little weird looking. We love the tshirts and tanks though and are very pleased with the experience and customer service - thank you for everything!

CustomInk has superb customer service, excellent options, and an easily navigated website. I was unable to get vector files of our logo from our old business partner but CustomInk was able to use a gif file and make it look like I knew what I was doing! Doesn't get better than that.

Above and beyond customer service. I didn’t realize that my 2 shirts (different products with 1 design) could be ordered at the same time for a lesser price and that was immediately brought o my attention by Kayla Standen. SHe sent the nicest email and resolved credited my card very promptly. Also, Kayla complimented my design and even took an interest in my even that we had our shirts printed for....In todays “on line” working world personal touches like this are so often over-looked. To top it off the tee shirts were delivered EARLY and we are very pleased with the finished product. We will definitely be using C.I. again. Thanks!

Overall I am very happy with the shirts, service, quality, speed of the order and shipping. My only suggestion is that I suggest you recommend customers to not rely on a cell phone to approve the proof. My proof took a full color photograph of my plane and was changed to 4 colors for processing. I understand that, but I viewed and approved my proof from only viewing on my Iphone and I didn't notice that changing the photograph image of my airplane to the 4 color ended up darkening a reflection on the bottom of the aircraft and kind of blocking out my aircraft numbers N6653T and towards the top of the tail it discontinued the natural line of the forward top of the vertical stabilizer leaving it open without the outline. But that's my fault I should have viewed on a larger screen. It also seemed the proof image didn't allow me to zoom in that far on my phone without pixelizing and getting blurry. But still overall I give the quality of my experience a solid 9.5 out of 10.
