Amanda was extremely helpful and moved the process along very quickly. It was great to receive samples and not have it delay the original order. Customer service is friendly and professional. We had multiple revisions due to licensing issues that we weren't aware of because the shirts were for personal use and didn't expect issues. The American Apparel shirts are very slim and I wish that were communicated more clearly.

Great product, great customer service! Melody White, T-shirt Ambassador was awesome, exactly what you want in customer service: friendly, good speaking skills / understandable, helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions, answered questions thoroughly - give her a raise, great job Melody! One thing I would like to be improved upon: too much correspondence over different formats. Phone calls, emails, texting (all great - availability wise), but eventually it got to be too much all over the place. What would be nice: maybe like one "portal" or whatever, where all the correspondence remains. Again, great customer service by the t-shirt ambassadors, but too many email strings, then separate emails, text notifications....you kind of forget where you are at in the process at some point. I guess I thought the texts were redundant / annoying since I was already notified by email. Anyway...I am real happy with the shirts, thanks!

I had a hard time manipulating the website to ensure my screen print looked right. I found the sizing was not as intuitive as I would like it to be. You had Mens, Juniors and children. I wish you had a women's T instead of having to use the Mens T. The woman's would have a larger scoop to the neck.
