This was my first time ordering shirts with my own design and the staff made it so easy. Everyone I came in contact with, and it was a lot, was beyond helpful. I used the online chat option due to it's convenience and each person answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. They also made the necessary adjustments to ensure the prints looked great. I just received the order and the t-shirts look amazing! I am overall very pleased with the service and pleasant feeling and tone of communications I received during the process of my order. This having been my first order I have a better idea of what to do on my end in how to size and dimensions. My estimates were a bit off and the graphics were a bit small. Love the styles of t-shirts for girls with the v-neck and fabric that does give a bit in case I have sizing issues with students whose sizes can vary. Overall, the communication, response time and delivery exceeded my expectations. I will order here again.

This is our third order with Customink.com and this experience was just as perfect as the first. The website is a breeze to navigate but it's nice to know that there's an excellent support team that can be reached by phone as well. We have used our own artwork each time and have requested some sort of tweaking of that artwork. Custom Ink's design team was able to make those changes without issue. We love Custom Ink's work, service and product quality.
