Customer service was great helping us adjust certain colors to highlight necessary information, as well as helping with image placement changes for the tank tops. Slow shipping. The print looks good. There were threads coming out of the seams that I had to cut with scissors. Not sure on how long it's going to last. I didn't like the tags. Not worth $40 a shirt for sure... Maybe like $24 is what I would value it at .. like at most.

The back and forth with the art department was tedious and frustrating. I had to constantly repeat the same changes and they had very little attention to detail -- more of a "good enough" attitude. They would fix one thing, then add an error. They even added a typo at one point. Tarnished the whole experience for me. Very disappointed. Not sure I would order through you again, but this survey requires an answer to #6

Being able to design our own shirts in the DesignLab was a fun, creative experience. Customer service is great. I couldn't figure out how much each shirt would cost based on different minimums and ended up having to start the process all over a few times.
