For the second year in a row, I was sent proofs that needed to be redone because the size and location on the youth sizes were in the incorrect place (though we discussed it on the phone and I sent a photo of the appropriate placement beforehand, because it happened the prior year). This caused delays. I am not sure why this keeps happening since we tried to prevent it this year by sending a photo in advance to show the difference in your youth sizes. Nevertheless, after several tries, it finally was fixed. we would just like to avoid all of that time for next year's order if possible.

I enjoyed my experience with CustomInk. Only thing I have negative about is the price increase on the polo shirt and have to make another invoices for the same thing.
