CustomInk exceeded my expectations. First the website was easy to use. Designing and choosing product and sizing was easy. I did not know where the price breaks for quantity were except by adding more to the order and seeing the price change. Placed my order after 12:00pm Hawaii time (which is at least 3 hours behind anyplace on the continental US) received proofs in less than an hour later, shipping confirmation the next day and delivery confirmation 2 days later (Oct 27). I did pay for expedited shipping and was expecting delivery on Nov 1. Also shipping cost was very reasonable, as we are used to paying exorbitant shipping to Hawaii. This was a small order so did not expect to get priority treatment. Great experience. Will definitely use CustomInk again and will spread the word.

Love my overall experience. I am so glad I call to find out exactly what a min order of 6 really was. I thought it was that I had to order 6 of the same shirt. After calling I found out that it met that I just needed to order at least 6 shirts. This was awesome because all of my employees could get the shirt style that they liked best.
