This was a reorder and it was super easy. Ashley did everything for me and made it quick and simple. She even stayed on the line while I figured out the sizes and number I needed for my group. Ordered them on a Tuesday and received them on Friday. The girls in my running group love them!

I am EXTREMELY pleased with my overall experience with CustomInk. Their customer service was hands down, the most personal, kind, and helpful service I have encountered. They were happy to check anything and everything, and made a few jokes and genuine small conversation. Because of their willingness to help, it made having to call 3/4 times for shipping changes and double checks on the order easy and enjoyable. And the personalized shirts my friends and I ordered were perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The Art Team did a great job in re-sizing longer names to make them come out clear, and edit fonts to fit on the shirt and match. I will definitely order from CustomInk in the future.
