The customer service reps are extremely friendly and do their best to assist you. For issues with artwork, customers should be able to speak directly with a creative rather than a customer service rep so that there is no miscommunication and no need for back and forth and additional hold time.

Super fast turnaround. I asked for a 2 week rush, and they arrived to our office in one. Very impressed! Their website is also awesome and their customization pages for adding logos is one of the best I've seen. It would like to preview the shirt color before I move to the customization portal, but it's doable without. Lots of shirt options for color and material. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

This is my second time working with CustomInk to order shirts for our charity half-marathon team, and again the experience was great. Customer Service was awesome! I will def come back to Custom Ink for my future screen printing needs. One suggestion, please allow customers to send their own garments to get screen printed and/or expand your athletic line. Triathlon race suits, bike jerseys, etc.

Overall, I had a very good experience - it was easy to design the shirt, CustomInk matched the colors exactly, and our team was very pleased with the quality of the shirts. My only critique is around the premium charged for rush deliveries. I thought the 25% premium was a bit high, but was very pleased that the shirts were delivered a day early, allowing me to distribute them in-person.
