Not worth it. Multiple shirts were defective and/or blotched with ink and were therefore a loss for us. They offered to have us ship the shirts back for replacement but I didn't like being then one to have to take the time and energy to inspect, package and ship the shirts... that should be their job!

This was an amazing customer experience. I was able to do quite a bit of planning and designing on my own before proceeding with an order. The online order form made it simple for people in my group to reserve a shirt. I placed my order by phone to ensure clear communication and timely delivery and Matt could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The shirts were delivered a day early and perfectly produced. Great work - I will be back!

Overall it was a great experience. Tons of response and customer service. Much Appreciated. I will say there were some time though that not all comments in an email were addressed. I needed to send some follow up, but it was very promptly addressed each time, so this is a minor concern.
CustomInk is an awesome place to design and order a shirt. Within a short time I was able to put together an attractive design for my relay running team. It was also great to use their group order site for collecting orders and payments. The shirts came to my place within a couple of weeks and they look great.

The invoice wasn't clear. It was ambiguous where I had several questions that needed answering. Ultimately - they were all addressed. However, case in point - the invoice has to be clear and detail w/ regards to the charges. Pull up my email trail and you will understand as my point. (i.e. A0 there were 2 line items of discount that prompted & B) the initial invoices were sent to me without all the updated information.) Again - pull up the historical emails and you will understand this portion of my feedback. However - an overall a very good experience. All your sales associates and staff that I had dealt w/ were very positive, helpful and patient.
My experience with CustomInk was great! Everyone was very helpful every time I called with a question and you helped me save money several times through this process. Thanks you all very much, you're GREAT PEOPLE, I will always use you for all my charity needs.
