Not worth it. Multiple shirts were defective and/or blotched with ink and were therefore a loss for us. They offered to have us ship the shirts back for replacement but I didn't like being then one to have to take the time and energy to inspect, package and ship the shirts... that should be their job!

Overall it was a great experience. Tons of response and customer service. Much Appreciated. I will say there were some time though that not all comments in an email were addressed. I needed to send some follow up, but it was very promptly addressed each time, so this is a minor concern.

CustomInk is an awesome place to design and order a shirt. Within a short time I was able to put together an attractive design for my relay running team. The customer service reps are extremely friendly and do their best to assist you. For issues with artwork, customers should be able to speak directly with a creative rather than a customer service rep so that there is no miscommunication and no need for back and forth and additional hold time.
