I have to say that I had a great experience working w CustomInk. The price point on the merchandise was below most other competitors for the products we were looking for and the quality of the shirts we received exceeded our expectations. I thought that the website was great; easy to follow and the shirt ordering voting option was a great idea. My only constructive comment would be to make it a bit more accessible if you are using an ipad. I had a little trouble when working remotely on my ipad. Perhaps an app? Our customer service rep who was responsible for our order was great and let us know the progress of our order. I believe she was out for one day but I was pleased to see she had adequate coverage while away bc all my questions were answered in a very timely manner by the person covering for her. Loved that! Overall, I was v. happy w the result and will definitely recommend CustomInk to others. I will be a return customer for sure!

The very first time I called to inquire about the process, the person who answered the phone was positive and was upbeat! But EVERYTIME I had to call, whoever answered, had the same attitude. The customer service was one of the best I had ever experienced. Designing was easy. The reps were all knowlegdable, very helpful, and consistent. They made my experience fast and fun. I will be using this company again. They were all genuinely interested in my design and the order I placed. It made me want to meet these people and see where they worked. They have mojo, and I can tell it is a good company to work for. Kudos to Marc Katz! and all the employees. I am in marketing and deal with websites and their businesses all day, all year round. YOU ALL STAND OUT!

Overall, it was an excellent experience, all the representatives especially Christian were great and really worked with me to get exactly what I needed. I like that one can order different styles of shirts with the same screen print. We were 6 men and 1 woman of varying sizes and I am lucky that I didn't have to purchase a man's shirt. Also, you were the only website I could find that didn't have a minimum of 12 shirts. On the phone , it was a great help to design the shirts using proper proportions . I also like that you reversed the colors on the shark image to make it look more appealing. Great job, I will definitely recommend using Custom Ink.
