My experience with CustomInk was pretty normal until I got an email from your customer service rep commenting about the towels and noticing they were for a wedding. I was pretty impressed that someone noticed and even thought to reach out and ask if we needed anything else wedding related. That is stellar customer service.
My overall experience was fair. The customer service team was wonderful, but I think the Quality Assurance team needs to do a better job of reviewing material before it gets shipped out to the customer. I'm not sure how the person that signed off on the order and put the slip in the box with the materials didn't see 57 items that were grossly printed incorrect. Design and online ordering was very good as well. One thing that I would also like to mention, is that although you do a good job, your prices in many cases are significantly above your competition. I was told CustomInk is a little more because you work with a design team to ensure everything is designed correctly. I get that, but when I place a repeat order on the exact same thing, then that philosophy should dictate that the price is cheaper because your design team doesn't need to be involved anymore, thus the elevated price should be reduced.
The rally towels came out beautifully! And like always, your customer service is 2nd to none!

We love all your options! It was great to get to experiment with different product selections before making our final choice for our event (#Tri4Life2015) participants. The only things that would have made the experience better would have been the ability to crop and more universal font choices so that if we had wanted to add text to our product, it would have been consistant with the rest of our marketing.
