The customer service rep seemed genuinely interested in my projects and helped me with it step by step. She removed any complications that I was trying to figure out myself from the right towel to use, how to best use the multi-colored logo and where to ship to save on the shipping cost. I will definitely use Custom Ink next year when creating the commemorative towel for this annual tennis competition.
