Excellent phone support and sharing of expertise while on the phone. I have been in the advertising specialty industry for 12+ years and know who difficult it can be to get a logo just right more less a logo adaptation for embroidery work. You all handled it perfectly! GREAT JOB.

Customer service was very friendly and I loved dealing with all people involved, one product was exactly as we desired where as the other was useless as a result of the quality of materials used (both on the stitching end and the Port Authority prefab shirt)
