The entire experience was great, except for one thing that may make me rethink ever using CustomInk again. CustomInk cancelled our order with very little notification. We set up the order with the intent that our organization was purchasing the t-shirts with people opting to defray costs by purchasing the shirts themselves. About 1/4 of our organization purchased their own shirts assisting us with cost. We are a small organization with few human resources and t-shirts to rise to the top of the priority list. for a company working with non-profits, I would expect a phone call or a bit more pressure to say that "your order is going to be cancelled, please make a move"... I received and email, that was lost among the hundreds, saying the order was going to be cancelled and all of the people that paid for their shirts had their money returned.
