Overall this wasn't my best experience with CustomInk. I've been ordering from CustomInk for almost 10 years, and have always had a great experience. I'm glad I have those experiences to fall back on, because after this one I probably wouldn't recommend CustomInk. The ordering process was very drawn-out and disorganized, and I wasn't 100% happy with my final product. It wasn't nearly bad enough to send it back, but I probably won't be reordering this item. Everyone was extremely nice and as helpful as possible, but I really got tossed around. My emails kept getting redirected to new people who kept trying to restart a new order. And the person I initially worked with would go radio silent and then pop back up. This was just frustrating and extended the time it took to place my order to about 2 weeks. On the whole it wasn't a negative experience, but it wasn't the awesome experience that I typically have with CustomInk. I'll probably continue to place very basic orders with CustomInk, but will take more complex designs elsewhere.
